In this session, each PM will have the opportunity to review the current state of their risk analysis work with Subject Matter Expert Ken Jones. Ken will be given the "Architecture Overview" section of the WW Pre-Submission materials to help facilitate discussion at this 1-on-1 meeting. In addition to these materials, PMs are strongly encouraged to begin work on their FMEA table and bring those materials with them to the workshop.
Teams are required to produce a full FMEA for the Architecture Selection Report. Teams are also required to discuss their risk analysis work in depth for the Project Strategy and Risk Review at competition. Hence, teams should begin FMEA work as soon as possible to take full advantage of this 1-on-1 opportunity.
